The Morning Star Society desires to bring meaningful purpose to people lives through the direction and dedication of our directors and members. We are committed to give support and lend assistance wherever possible anyone affected by Dementia and Alzheimer's.

We believe that people struggling with this heartbreaking disease should continue to live the rest of their lives with dignity and pride and not simply be sedated then overlooked. We've already made significant progress - please join us to help develop and enhance our success.

Friendship Dinner Parties and Respite Program:

These innovative community programs strive to improve the lives of families and individuals with Alzheimer's or other related illnesses to give caregivers "a little time off" by providing supervision in a festive reunion of family members and caregivers to celebrate the vitality of life within individuals affected by Mild Cognitive Impairment, Dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

Memory Screenings:

Presented in an informal non-stressful atmosphere to evaluate their progress and demonstrate an effective ways to communicate.

Educational Seminars:

Caregivers and family members alike will learn essential information regarding treatments and new developments along with a discussion of any financial assistance programs that may be available.
